Make a List
Spend some time listing all the foods you know your child will be willing to eat. You can even categorize the different foods. This can cut down on lunch packing time! You can look at the list, see what you have available, and throw it all together! This can also help you stay focused on more healthy options.

Involve Your Child
Obviously you move faster than your child, but it’s important for your child to learn to pack their food and to make healthy choices, as well as gaining some confidence in their choices. Try showing or telling them a few options and go from there. This will also help ensure that there is something packed that they will eat.
